Upgrading to Express Software Manager Version 9.0
Overview of the Upgrade Process
When upgrading to Express Software Manager Version 9.0, you use the same Express database as in your current installation. Express Software Manager Version 9.0 can be downloaded either as a ZIP file or self-extracting executable. Setup will initially identify that you have a previous version and ask if you want to upgrade. The 9.0 upgrade removes the previous installation and installs the 9.0 files. Be sure to review the following prior to upgrading:

Note: The size of the upgrade package is 394MB and typically takes 30 minutes or more to download.
